Fundraising & Publicity Committees to merge

The Executive committee has decided to merge the two committees in a single Publicity/Fundraising committee. This is due to the overlapping responsibilities and several members. Hopefully this will promote efficiency and communication. An email has been sent to the membership of both committees with a little more info. This will be a topic at our next Board meeting in April also.
